Selling your timeshare unit with Island marketing Ltd

Terms and Conditions of Listing:

1. This agreement is non-exclusive. You may list your timeshare property with any other companies as you so choose.

2. It is the owners' responsibility to contact Island Marketing Ltd. at customerservice@morrittsgrand.com if the property is no longer available for sale. This will prevent Island Marketing from selling a property that is no longer available.

3. Owners must disclose if the unit has been Rented, Exchanged, or otherwise Used for the current or future year listing.
 

4. All proceeds from the sale will be disbursed in a timely manner by Island Marketing Ltd once the transfer papers have been signed by both parties and accepted by the resort property.
 

5. Owner shall indemnify and hold Island Marketing Ltd. its officers and employees harmless against and from any misrepresentations or omissions made herein by OWNER or owner's resort managing entity, resort developer or resort sales agents, or failure of OWNER to perform hereunder.

6. Commission rate is 15% with a minimum of $1,200.00.
